Sweetie Styles offers FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING anywhere in the United States and Canada on all orders! You can expect to receive your items within 5-7 business days if in the United States or 10-12 business days if in Canada.

Need something sooner? No problem! Email us and we will work with you on faster shipping arrangements. Two day shipping is $14.99, and overnight shipping is $24.99.

For International orders, please email us with the items you are interested in, along with your shipping address, and we will email you back with the cost to ship to you.


If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise and wish to return, please read the following return policy. Any merchandise that does not meet these guidelines will not be returned, you will not receive a refund, and the merchandise will be sent back to you. We aim to keep our customers happy and will honor our guidelines. We hope to do business with you and if you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us!

General Return Policy

If you receive an item that does not fit or you are unhappy with, you have 30 days to return it. Our return address is:

Any item that is received within 14 days of the original receiving date will be given a full refund (less original shipping charges), issued to the original form of payment. Please allow about a week after we receive your return to see the refund appear. Purchases made using a gift certificate will only be given a store credit - no exceptions. 

Returns that are received between 15 to 30 days after the original receiving date will be issued an online store credit. Store credits on returns must be used within 90 days from the date the credit was issued. You will receive an email with a unique code to use for your store credit within a week of us receiving your return.

All returned items must have original tags, and must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Shoes must be returned unworn in the original undamaged shoe box. Merchandise that has been tried on must not have any make-up or deodorant stains and the soles of shoes must come as they were originally received.

You may use any mail carrier you prefer to ship your item back to us. You are responsible for paying shipping fees to return your item. We highly recommend including tracking and insurance with your return shipment. We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during the shipping of your return.


If within 7 days of your original receiving date, you can return your item(s) for a store credit absolutely FREE of shipping charges! 

So, how does this work?

  1. Email us as soon as you decide you do not wish to keep your purchased item(s). We will then email you a pre-paid shipping label.
  2. Your order must then be postmarked to us on or before the 7th day of the original day you received your order. All returns using our prepaid shipping label that are returned later than 7 days of the original receiving date, will be charged a $6 fee that will be deducted from your credit.

**Free Return Shipping does not apply to orders $25 or under**

As of this time, free return shipping is only available to customers within the United States.



All sales are FINAL on: Leggings, Jewelry, Belts, Purses, Socks, Leg Warmers, Headbands, and Bandeaus. These items cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

Gift Certificate Purchases

All sales are FINAL on gift certificates - refunds will not be given for gift certificate purchases. For apparel purchases using a gift certificate, please see above return policy.

Sale and Promotional Items

Items purchased on sale or through a special promotion of up to 20% off may be returned only for a store credit and must be received within 14 days of the original receiving date. All items purchased on sale or through a special promotion of greater than 20% off are final and may not be returned. 


Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges because we cannot guarantee that a specific item will be in stock. Instead, you may return the item (following the above guidelines) and then re-order. We will have you taken care of in no time!

Defective Items

We inspect all items prior to shipping out; we pride ourselves in providing only the highest quality merchandise to our customers! Please check your order immediately when you receive it. If you believe your merchandise is defective, notify us via e-mail at within 24 hours of the delivery. Otherwise, defective items may not be returned.
